To help new employees "fasten the first button" of their careers, Wu Chunliang, Auditor from the Audit and Supervision Center, recently delivered a vivid and thematic "first lesson" on integrity culture for 2025 graduate hires in the Procurement and Logistics Centers.

The training focused on Huayou Cobalt's integrity culture principles and professional ethics standards, with special emphasis on interpreting common compliance risks and cognitive misconceptions in procurement, logistics and other key positions. 

Through analyzing realcases, Wu clearly explained the hidden dangers of "corruption traps," particularly warning about integrity risk scenarios easily overlooked by regular employees, which resonated strongly with the trainees. Each real case served as an enduring alarm bell, reminding everyone that integrity risks exist in daily work, and self-discipline must start from details - internalized in mind and externalized in action.

To enhance engagement, the training adopted multi-dimensional formats including "case videos + promotional films + animated micro-lessons," ensuring both professionalism and interactivity to deeply instill integrity concepts.

As a key component of the Group's talent development program, this "first integrity lesson" helped new graduate hires properly "fasten their career's integrity button." It established a foundation of professional ethics by cultivating awareness to "understand reverence, maintain vigilance, and observe boundaries" from the very beginning of their Huayou journey, paving the way for their long-term development with solid moral principles.
