With the wind in our sails, we are navigating toward new ambitions, forging ahead with determination. In 2022, the Group's Audit and Supervision Center continued its efforts in promoting integrity construction, leading to a more profound establishment of an enterprise-wide integrity framework. The journey from establishing the integrity construction promotion and competition system from scratch to achieving the groundbreaking milestone of implementing integrity construction throughout the entire organization was made possible through the enthusiastic response and full cooperation of various departments, as well as the diligent efforts and unwavering commitment of all integrity construction coordinators. Their dedicated and responsible work ethic, coupled with an indomitable spirit of progress, has yielded a series of remarkable accomplishments for Huayou's integrity construction endeavors.

During the 2022 integrity construction Promotion and Competition, the Engineering Management Center, the Procurement Center, and the Resource Industry Group (Africa Region) secured the first position in their respective categories, earning them the "Advanced Collective in integrity construction Promotion" group award. Additionally, nine integrity construction coordinators who ranked in the top three in terms of points received the "Outstanding Coordinator" individual award.

To inspire excellence, set benchmarks, encourage active participation of employees in integrity construction initiatives, and fully ignite the enthusiasm and creativity across various departments, the Audit and Supervision Center recognized the exceptional performances of organizations and individuals in the 2022 integrity construction Promotion and Competition with mobile medals, certificates of honor, bonuses, and greeting cards, thereby providing a motivating impetus.
