On August 3, 2023, the award ceremony of the second "integrity and Compliance Innovation Award for Private Enterprise" is held at the Changning Campus of East China University of Political Science and Law, the supervision grid deepening project of Huayou Cobalt wins the "Best Innovation Project Award".

The Huayou supervision grid deepening project is an anti-corruption culture construction activity, which is carried out by the Audit and Supervision Center of the group, with integrity education as the core and grid management as the starting point, in the business frontline of subsidiaries together with the primary-level organizations. This project fully arouses the enthusiasm of employees of subsidiaries, and changes the "pyramid" management model of uploading and releasing in the traditional construction of anti-corruption culture, to establish a collaborative publicizing and implementation mechanism with hierarchical management and layer-by-layer coverage.

In the implementation of the project, the training, propaganda and supervision are organically combined to build a complete and efficient plan and implementation method for the construction of anti-corruption culture, which will gather all available forces to jointly promote integrity and compliance governance, providing the replicable and promotable experiences and templates for other enterprises.

Introduction to "integrity and Compliance Innovation Award for Private Enterprise"

The "integrity and Compliance Innovation Award for Private Enterprise" is the first academic and professional award in the field of the integrity and compliance of private enterprises in China, jointly organized by the Judicial Research Institute of the Shanghai Law Society, Case Law Research Institute of Shanghai Law Society, Criminal Law School of East China University of Political Science and Law, Internet Enterprise Anti-corruption and Compliance Research Institute of East China University of Political Science and Law.

The selection includes three awards: "integrity and Compliance Innovation Award", "Best Innovation Project Award", and "Innovation Pioneer Award", and the review experts conduct two rounds of on-site selection for the submitted projects based on six criteria: innovation, organization, leadership, promotion, professionalism, and growth. The final winning units and individuals are invited for the award ceremony and awarded certificates and trophies.
