On April 20th, Company Chairman Chen Xuehua visited the site of the Indonesia Pomalaa Industrial Park (referred to as IPIP) for inspection and guidance. Senior Vice President Gao Baojun, who is also the President of Huayou's Nickel Industry Group in Indonesia, and the person in charge of the IPIP park accompanied him throughout the visit.

From planning and construction to full-scale commencement, the development process of the IPIP park fully demonstrates Huayou's outstanding strength and firm determination in building overseas resources, international manufacturing, and global market operating patterns. Establishing a park from scratch overseas involves complexities and challenges far exceeding those of a single project. With support and concern from the Indonesian government, group leadership, and various partners, the IPIP team overcame numerous difficulties through tenacity, professionalism, and innovation, steadily advancing the park’s construction. In the future, the IPIP team will continue to adhere to high standards and strict requirements, meticulously plan, scientifically construct, and efficiently operate, aiming to build the IPIP park into a model project under the "Belt and Road" initiative, contributing Huayou’s strength to economic cooperation and cultural exchanges between China and Indonesia.

The Indonesia Pomalaa Industrial Park (IPIP) is Huayou's first large-scale, high-level integrated industrial park for new energy lithium battery materials overseas. It has been listed in Zhejiang Province’s "Provincial-Level Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone" and included in Indonesia's national strategic projects, achieving alignment between the company’s development strategy and Indonesia's national strategy. It represents the best practice of Huayou’s secondary entrepreneurship and transformation and upgrading strategy.
