On 23 March 2024, at the 2024 Cadres Conference of the Group, the awarding ceremony of ISO37001 anti-bribery management system certification of Huayou Cobalt was successfully held.

On 13 March 2024, Huayou Cobalt officially passed the ISO 37001 anti-bribery management system certification by improving rules and regulations, optimising management processes, enhancing internal control, and increasing integrity training and supervision. The introduction and certification of the ISO 37001 standard marks Huayou's remarkable achievements in the construction of a large overseas compliance management system and corporate governance system, and also means that Huayou has become one of the first companies in the industry to obtain this certification.

At the conference, Xi Hong, General Manager of Audit and Supervision Centre of Huayou Cobalt, introduced ISO37001 anti-bribery management system from the background, significance and development outlook, and said that Huayou, as a benchmark enterprise in the industry, has always been in the forefront of anti-bribery compliance management. In recent years, Huayou has continued to improve the construction of integrity and compliance system to build a moat for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
